WESTERLY DINING ROOM | TRANSITIONAL DINING ROOM IDEAS
Cozy~in~Love Spaces added the finishing touches to this transitional dining room to provide a simple and elegant feel to the space!
On the client’s wish list was a modern buffet to store treasured serving pieces, the sparkle of crystal, and a gallery wall to display favorite wine moments! Check out a few before photos, as well as the design concept.
The biggest design challenge of this project was finding a white or light gray buffet that did not have any distressing (so much love for farmhouse!). One would not think this would be difficult to find, but it took some decent searching!! We think the one we found was just perfect and the client was delighted.
The client had already painted the dining room this pretty deep turquoise, which the overall color palette with art (original by Monika Kralicek), the Westerly vase, and flowers played off of, giving the room a cohesive look.
A simple white framed gallery wall displayed favorite wine-inspired photos.
To help balance the gallery wall, as well as add texture, height, and dimension, the Hapao Black and White Basket was displayed on the buffet.
We love how this space overall came out bright, airy and nailed the simple, elegance look!
