Shipping Information

All orders (excluding made-to-order purchases) will be shipped with USPS within 5-8 business days. We currently only ship Domestically. Made-to-Order custom items take 2-4 weeks for production time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

​Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your product has arrived damaged, please request a replacement within 3 days of receipt of product by emailing design@cozyinlovespaces.com. Note that with our custom pillows, these products are hand made and there may be slight variations in color and/or textures; these are not considered flaws, but rather signify the uniqueness and authenticity of these made-to-order products. Any returns that are approved, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
